Flex Automation works with the customers by reusing equipment to lower costs, thereby giving the savings back to the customer. Flex Automation has close to the largest used ABB parts warehouse in the world. Again by utilizing used parts, we try to give the customer the greatest savings while still providing good quality parts. Flex Automation has the ability to supply companies with next day service. Whether it be motor repair, cables, teach pendants or drive units, try us first.

Flex Automation also has a huge supply of used Binzel and Tregaskiss welding parts as well as welding guns, torch cleaners, Miller wire drive units, and plasma welding systems. If we don't have it, we will do our best to obtain what you need at reduced costs.

Flex Automation boasts having one of the finest robot programmers in the country. With over 400 robots programmed to the highest level, we welcome any unique programming job to challenge us. We have set up Tig welding applications, aluminum welding, robotic riveting, robotic nut runners, spot welding material handling, etc. The term full-service integrators is the most over-used term in the industry. Flex Automation programmed jobs make the robots do all of the thinking, thereby getting the most out of your ABB robot. We will also take the time to come to your plant, view your process and help make any suggestions as to how you can possible lower your costs or improve your productivity by using robots.
